Healthy Eco-Friendly Paints

Occupant health should be a primary concern when choosing an interior paint. While paints no longer contain lead, most interior paints still emit noxious vapors which can cause nausea or dizziness. New paint formulations are available which eliminate these health concerns. These paints are "Low Emitting", meaning that they contain virtually no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other additives that create health problems. These low VOC paints may be applied directly over existing paints. We strongly recommend the use of low VOC paints for any interior applications.
